This is a lead application, not underwriting. We will tell you if a partner needs documents — and we will not ask you to upload them in this version.
What happens after I apply?
We review the application and reach out by email or phone. If a partner needs more information, we will ask. Timing depends on the file and the partner — we do not promise a same-day or 24-hour decision.
Will this hard-pull my credit?
Checking options uses a soft inquiry. It will not hard-pull your credit. A lender you choose later may run their own check; we will tell you before that happens.
Are you the lender?
No. Legacy Loan Brokers is a broker, not the lender. We shop your file with funding partners. Those partners decide whether to offer capital and on what terms.
What should I have ready later?
Most partners ask for recent business bank statements and a government ID. Some later ask for a voided check. Do not send those in this app — we are not collecting files, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank logins, or card numbers here.
Can I finish later?
Yes. Your draft is saved on this device, including when you are offline. Come back to this same browser or installed app to continue. Submit when you have a connection so we can send the application to the desk.
How do I install this on my phone?
You can add this site to your home screen. On iPhone Safari: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android Chrome: use Install app or Add to Home Screen in the browser menu. There is no App Store or Play Store app at this time.
How do I contact you?
Email chuck@legacyloanbroker.com. We do not publish a street address on this site. The public site is legacyloanbroker.com.
Do you take every state?
No. We do not take applications from Virginia, Texas, Connecticut, Missouri, North Dakota, North Carolina, Illinois, Nebraska, California, New York, Vermont, Maryland, and New Jersey. The apply form blocks those states so a Virginia (or other stay-out) owner cannot submit a national form by accident.
Where do you work first?
Florida and Georgia are the first corridor. We published city pages only for those open states. Online applications from other open states are fine.
