How we work

Broker, not the lender: how this desk works

Legacy Loan Brokers shops merchant cash advance and working-capital partners. We do not lend, and we do not promise an approval.
A broker introduces a business to funding partners. A lender (or MCA provider) is the party that may put out capital. Legacy Loan Brokers is the first, not the second.
That split matters for expectations. We cannot approve you. We cannot lock a rate. We will not tell you a partner said yes until they did. Checking options here uses a soft inquiry and will not hard-pull credit. A partner you later choose may run their own check; we will say so before that happens.
The apply flow is a lead form: you, the business, and the funding need. We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank logins, or ID photos in this app. Bank statements and ID usually come later, only if a partner asks.
